This cargo facility, located at Newark Liberty International Airport, is comprised of a 33,400 sf warehouse plus an adjacent support core. The warehouse has three airside doors, a truck dock and loading area with 12 dock bays. This structure is covered with a translucent fabric Rubb roof system, allowing a column-free clear span of 130 feet and energy-efficient day lighting. The support core contains the customer service lobby, cargo sales offices, conference and training facilities, locker rooms and lunch/break room, a plant maintenance shop and stock room.
