Portland Public Schools

Working in 11 schools, designing modifications in 27 classrooms, this project required intense coordination with Portland Public Schools, strong administration (keeping the similar yet different work in all the classrooms straight) and creativity addressing specific conditions across the diverse collection of classrooms. The work included the replacement, or provision, of casework and accessible sinks with eyewash stations, provision of overhead power distribution to new retractable cord reels, two restroom renovations, replacement of door hardware to meet current accessibility standards and site-work to improve accessibility.
