Complete renovation of the 4,500 sf Communications Center and Emergency Operations Center at Portland International Airport. The two facilities can operate autonomously, but are conjoined by small conference spaces with windowed walls and doors. The state-of-the-art facilities are “command central” for the airport. They are used on a daily basis by airport security, operations teams, and communications dispatchers, and are the heart of the airport in the event of an emergency.
