MCA provided site analysis, concept planning and concept design for a 6-acre site in Bingen. The project, to be developed in multiple phases, would consist of a series of four light industrial flex-space facilities with office support. These facilities would range in size from 18,000 sf to 32,250 sf, with flex space on the ground floor and office on upper floors. The project would be sited on a unique and significant parcel of property on the Columbia River, and MCA worked with the client to design improvements for the property that would be memorable and maximize the natural terrain and views of the river.
